· The access period commences upon confirmation of payment.
6. Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
· CPD points are awarded only upon successful completion of the relevant course requirements.
· Recognition and acceptance of CPD points are subject to the approval and regulations of the applicable professional body.
7. Refund Policy
· All payments are final and non-refundable.
· Refunds will be considered only in the event of duplicate payments or if the course is cancelled by us.
8. Use of Content
· User accounts are strictly personal and may not be shared with any third party.
· Course materials and content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or course content.
