Refund Policy
All course purchases made through Demalearn are final and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
· Duplicate payments made for the same course
· Cancellation of a course by Dema Learn
Refund Requests
Where an exception applies, refund requests must be submitted in writing within two (2) days of the original purchase date. Requests received after this period will not be considered.
Refunds approved under these conditions will be processed using the original payment method.
